Project quotations are based on the scope described at the time of estimate. Payments are typically structured in milestones or as agreed in the signed proposal. Late payments may result in project pauses.
Each project is governed by an agreed scope of work. Any features, pages or functionality not included in the original scope will be treated as a change request and quoted separately.
A reasonable number of revisions are included as specified in your proposal. Additional revision rounds beyond the agreed limit may incur extra charges.
All custom software, designs and deliverables remain the intellectual property of the client after full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Alfa Nest LLC retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.
We treat all client information, business data and project materials as confidential and will not disclose them to third parties without consent, except as required by law.
Estimated timelines are provided in good faith based on the agreed scope. Timelines may be affected by delayed client feedback, scope changes, or factors outside our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alfa Nest LLC's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for high-quality, error-free deliverables, we do not guarantee that software will be entirely free of defects or uninterrupted.
Projects may rely on third-party tools, platforms, APIs or hosting providers. Alfa Nest LLC is not responsible for outages, pricing changes or policy changes made by these third parties.
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as outlined in the signed proposal or contract. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
