Because Alfa Nest LLC provides customized software development and digital services, this Return & Refund Policy is designed around the realities of project-based, non-physical work. Please read it carefully before engaging our services.
Software development services are customized to each client's specifications and are therefore generally non-returnable once work has begun. Unlike physical products, custom software, designs and digital deliverables cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense.
Refund requests are considered only if submitted before project work has officially begun. Once a deposit is used to reserve our team's time and resources, cancellation prior to kickoff may be eligible for a full or partial refund at our discretion.
Once planning, UI/UX design, development, testing or any milestone work has started, payments become non-refundable. This reflects the time, resources and expertise already committed to your project.
Duplicate payments or billing errors are eligible for refunds after verification. Please report any billing discrepancy within 30 days so we can investigate and correct it promptly.
Third-party expenses such as hosting, domain registration, software licenses, APIs, cloud services and payment gateway charges are non-refundable, as these are billed directly by the respective providers.
If Alfa Nest LLC is unable to begin the agreed project due to reasons within our control, an appropriate refund of unused funds may be issued.
Project cancellations must be submitted in writing to alfanestllc@outlook.com. Verbal cancellation requests will not be processed until confirmed in writing.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Any completed work delivered to the client — including code, designs, documentation or strategy — remains billable, even in the event of a project cancellation or dispute.
Digital marketing, SEO campaigns, consultations, UI/UX designs, graphics, automation solutions and other completed digital deliverables are non-refundable once delivered.
